PASIG CITY, Philippines — The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) Management and officers of the DAP Personnel Association (DAPPER) formally signed the Manual of Procedures (MoP) for the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) on 15 June 2026.
The MoP serves as a guide for the implementation of the CNA, outlining the processes, responsibilities, and mechanisms necessary to ensure its consistent, systematic, and effective execution. The signing marks a significant step toward strengthening employee-management relations and fostering better coordination, transparency, and collaboration within the Academy.
