DAP commits to having a strong gender foundation and gender perspective to carry out its operations more effectively and successfully, ensuring that women and men have equal access to, and benefit equally from its work, and that it does not perpetuate gender inequality.
DAP is a catalyst for gender-transformative governance in the Philippine public sector and the standard-bearer for an equitable, safe, and empowering workplace.
To advance gender equality and women’s empowerment, DAP shall champion gender-transformative approaches in its public sector programs, research, and advisory services. Internally, we shall cultivate a rights-based, inclusive, and responsive organizational culture and structure that ensures the safety, well-being, and full participation of every DAP employee.
